Van PKR Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

You must be at least 18 years of age to register a Van PKR account or use any of our services. Van PKR takes its age verification obligations seriously. If we have reason to believe a player is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately and conduct a verification review. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited. Each person may hold only one Van PKR account. Duplicate accounts — whether created using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. If Van PKR identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the earliest registered one will be suspended and any bonus funds or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts may be voided. Players found to have deliberately created duplicate accounts to exploit bonus offers will be permanently banned.

When creating your Van PKR account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and preferred payment method. Van PKR may request documentation to verify this information at any time — particularly before processing a withdrawal. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Van PKR's services are offered to residents of Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from within Pakistan and that online gaming of this nature is not prohibited under any applicable law in your specific location. Van PKR accepts no responsibility if a player accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted. It is your responsibility to understand the laws applicable to you before registering.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Van PKR login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone — including family members or friends. Van PKR will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. Van PKR cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player has shared or failed to protect their credentials.

Your Van PKR account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account to place bets, claim bonuses, or otherwise access Van PKR services. Commercial use of Van PKR accounts — including acting as an agent for other players or operating a betting syndicate — is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

You may close your Van PKR account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining balance that meets our minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your registered PKR payment method. Accounts under active bonus wagering may have bonus funds forfeited upon closure. We will process account closure requests within 5 business days.

Van PKR reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if we determine — in our reasonable judgement — that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, attempted to manipulate games or betting markets, provided false registration information, or engaged in any conduct that is harmful to Van PKR or its player community. In cases of confirmed fraud, any funds in the account may be voided. In other cases, legitimate remaining balances will be paid out after any investigation concludes.

All deposits at Van PKR must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the source account and your Van PKR account may be investigated. Deposits made using fraudulent, stolen, or disputed payment methods will result in immediate account suspension and law enforcement notification.

Withdrawals at Van PKR are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Van PKR may request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal — particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above Rs 50,000. Van PKR does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Withdrawals may be delayed if a bonus wagering requirement has not been met.

All transactions on the Van PKR platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Van PKR does not hold player funds in any foreign currency. There are no currency conversion fees. The balance shown in your Van PKR account at all times reflects your exact PKR balance available for wagering or withdrawal.

Van PKR bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered players only. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit. Existing players may qualify for reload bonuses, cashback offers, and game-specific promotions — the specific eligibility criteria for each offer are stated in the individual promotion terms. Players who have previously self-excluded or who have accounts under investigation are not eligible for bonuses during those periods.

Most Van PKR bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum amount you must wager before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the specific offer terms. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager ten times the bonus amount before withdrawing. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a lower rate, and some game types may not contribute at all. Van PKR has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using low-risk hedging strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements while minimising actual risk exposure, and coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, Van PKR will void all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play, and may permanently close the account.

All Van PKR bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual offer terms at the time of acceptance. Van PKR does not extend bonus expiry periods except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

All RNG-based games on Van PKR — including slots, virtual sports, and Ludo — use independently certified Random Number Generators. Game outcomes are generated without human intervention and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by Van PKR or by players. Live casino games use real cards dealt by real dealers on camera; results depend on physical card dealing and are not RNG-generated. Van PKR does not alter the outcome of any game after play has commenced.

Bets on Van PKR are settled according to the rules stated for each individual game or betting market. For sports betting, Van PKR relies on verified results from recognised official sources. In the event of a disputed result, Van PKR will investigate using available evidence and its decision will be final. PSL betting markets are settled using official Pakistan Super League match results from the Pakistan Cricket Board. Virtual sports bets are settled based on the RNG-generated outcome displayed in the game animation immediately after each event.

Van PKR is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures — including server downtime, network connectivity issues, software bugs, or device failures — that occur during active gameplay. In cases where a technical error affects the integrity of a game outcome (for example, a game crashes mid-round and the result cannot be determined), the affected bet will be voided and your stake returned. Van PKR will not pay out winnings on bets that were affected by a technical malfunction in a way that produced a clearly erroneous result.

Each game and betting market on Van PKR has minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are displayed within the game interface or on the bet placement screen before you confirm a wager. Van PKR is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of the platform, even if Van PKR was advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Van PKR operates on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, and infrastructure events outside our control — including server outages, network failures, or force majeure events — may cause temporary unavailability. Van PKR is not liable for losses suffered due to platform unavailability, though we will always attempt to notify players of planned downtime in advance.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that Van PKR does not guarantee any winnings. You gamble voluntarily and at your own risk. Van PKR is not responsible for any financial harm you suffer as a result of gambling, including losses from legitimate game outcomes. Van PKR reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Minor changes such as clarifications of existing language may be made without prior notice. Your continued use of Van PKR after the stated effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
